"UzReport TV" channel receives main prize of the XVIII National Award "Oltin Qalam"

The ceremony for awarding the winners of the 18th National Award "Oltin Qalam" took place at the Palace of International Forums. Winners were determined in 12 categories for this competition. Notably, our TV channel "UzReport TV" secured the main national award.

The "Oltin Qalam" national award is given in 12 categories by the President's decision. Shoyim Butayev won in print media, Ikrom Avvalboyev in Internet publications, Umida Urinova in radio, and Elyor Gorogliyev in television. They received 68 million soums each. Additionally, the China and Turkish embassies announced extra incentive awards at the ceremony. Azizbek Bobojonov won for covering China-Uzbekistan cooperation, while Behruz Khudoyberdiyev won for covering Turkey-Uzbekistan cooperation.

At the end of the ceremony, UzReport TV received the highly anticipated Grand Prix of the XVIII National Award "Oltin Qalam". Additionally, the winners were awarded with the President's main prize - the "Tracker" car. The creative team of our TV channel received the awards together. The UzReport TV channel started its first broadcast on April 28, 2014. This award was a significant recognition for our country's first information channel, which recently marked its 10th anniversary.
