Energy Ministry receives several proposals for tender of Karauzyak wind farm
A request for proposals from potential investors for a tender for the construction of a 100 MW wind power plant in the Karauzyak district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was completed, Uzbekistan Energy Ministry has reported.
It added that the implementation of the tender part of the project went through a number of stages. On May 22, a request for proposals was sent to the participants of the preliminary selection. The envelopes of the following companies were presented:
1) Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (MASDAR)
2) International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power)
3) Voltalia
“The tender proposals received at the moment will be considered by the tender commission. During the review, the information contained in the commercial, as well as legal and technical proposals of potential investors will be evaluated”, the ministry noted.
