The camp"Saylik" fetched $1.36mn at an online auction held on Tuesday.
According to the Center for the Organization of Electronic Online Auctions, the starting bid price for the 5.9-hectare camp was $1.33mn. It is located in the Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region.
Within the next two years, the buyer is committed to organizing a complex of tourist services, as well as building at least a three-star hotel with a capacity of 100 rooms.
