Navruz spirit in Dilbulok neighborhood

Dilbulok neighborhood is located in Yakkasaray district of Tashkent. This year's Navruz came to this neighborhood with more excitement. A modern neighborhood office was built on the basis of public-private partnership. Internal streets of multi-storey buildings and basements were repaired. The Anhor River was put in order and turned into a beautiful park.

More than 6,700 people live in Dilbulok neighborhood. Service and production are being developed in this area. Local youth and women are working in about three hundred trade, industrial and service outlets. A kindergarten, a family polyclinic, a specialized sports school, and a branch of a pedagogical institute are operating here.

Last year, 112 people were employed and 181 were self-employed. Loans were given to 23 projects and subsidies were given to about ten citizens to attract the population to entrepreneurship. In particular, a sewing shop, printing and computer services, a library, food and confectionery shops have been established here.

The head of state entered the sewing shop and had a sincere conversation with the women and girls working there. The head of state told about the possibilities of selling the products to other regions and on the Internet. “If necessary, I agree to reduce the bank loan percentage or tax rate. Our goal is to please people”, said Shavkat Mirziyoev. After that, the President made prayers around the sumalak.

He had a conversation with the residents of the neighborhood. As always, the head of state emphasized more about education. “If young people are given a good education, there will be no problem to find a job. The situation in society will change”, President Mirziyoyev said. There are more than 500 neighborhoods in Tashkent. Now there will be a system that deals with every household. Targeted measures in this regard were discussed in dialogue with the "mahalla seven" and officials. “As you know, we are attaching economic complex organizations to neighborhoods. Banks also have a role in this. Through them, it is necessary to create additional conditions for the enterprises in the districts, give soft loans, and support the creation of new jobs. Now the neighborhoods should be mobile. In general, we must create conditions for those who want to work,” - the head of state said.

Officials gave information about the tasks of organizing economic complex activities in neighborhoods, providing people with work in urban conditions.
