Additional tasks for youth leaders in neighborhoods
The youth leader in the neighborhood has been tasked with additional responsibilities following the adoption of Presidential Decree. These include sparking interest among the youth in public and professional football, as well as organizing promotional activities to support this cause.
They are also responsible for effectively utilizing football sports facilities and other available sports grounds within the neighborhoods. Moreover, they must establish and train "neighborhood national teams" for both men's and women's football across various age groups. Additionally, the youth leader is required to assess the adequacy of football-playing conditions for the neighborhood youth and establish collaborative ties with sports and educational organizations, along with local authorities, for football development.
Identifying and guiding talented young players to professional football training institutions is also part of their duties. Furthermore, they are to provide recommendations to local authorities regarding the enhancement of football infrastructure, provision of sports equipment, and additional support for neighborhood national teams.
