The Chefs' Union of Uzbekistan won a prize at the international cooking championship "Gastro Antalya 2022"
Chefs from different parts of the world, including Israel, Italy, Serbia, Germany, Russia, Dagestan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Spain, Turkey and many other countries, as well as high-class judges participated in the "Gastro Antalya-2022" culinary championship.
It should be noted that this championship was held in 2021 with limited participants due to the pandemic. The "Gastro Antalya 2022" championship has become the largest and most prestigious competition in Turkey, involving more than 600 participants from 32 countries.

The team of the Chefs' Union of Uzbekistan won 4 medals at the end of the championship. In particular, Shokhruzkhan Ibragimov won the 1st place (gold medal) in the nomination "Fish dish" and the 2nd place (silver medal) in the nomination "Modern cuisine - meat dish", and Elerbek Mirboboev won the 1st place (gold) in the nomination "Golden Chef of the Year". medal) and won 2nd place (silver medal) in the "Pasta" category. For information, a number of works are being carried out in our country to develop gastrotourism. In particular,  gastrofestivals were recently held by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in the cities of Moynaq and Samarkand.
