A conference happened at Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi. They talked about improving the Uzbek alphabet, which currently uses the Latin script.
At the conference, a Working Group suggested a new alphabet with 28 letters, one letter combination, and a symbol. They want to change the shape of four letters:
O‘=> Õ õ
G‘=> Ğ ğ
Ch => C c
Sh => Ş ş.
