First Deputy Minister for ICT Olimjon Umarov made a visit to India where he visited Amity University in Noida and approved a joint Roadmap.
The document reflects a step-by-step plan that will see a branch of Amity’s opened in Tashkent.
The university will train specialists in information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence and management.
The Indian party said they were committed to further partnership with Uzbekistan.
Studies at the university will begin in September this year.
