The Legislative Chamber has debated a draft law introducing amendments to the Economic Procedural Code that oblige courts to publish their rulings online.
The rulings that have taken effect will be published on the Supreme Court’s website with either party’s consent.
Only rulings from hearings in camera will not be published.
The lawmakers hope this will make economic hearings accessible to the public.
The draft law also includes amendments for simpler hearings in cases of minor disputes.
The draft law has been accepted.
