The "Tour of Sharjah" competition successfully kicks off by Uzbek cyclists
International road cycling competitions have started in the city of Sharjah (UAE). The Uzbek cyclists who performed at the competitions showed high results in the first round, the Olympic Committee has reported.
140 athletes from 23 teams of the world take part in the "Tour of Sharjah" competitions. The starting stage of the individual race program was held at a distance of 8.86 km . Our compatriot Alexey Fomovsky showed the seventh result in the general classification. "This indicator was the highest among the young people participating in the competitions. Behind him in the standings is another representative of the national team of Uzbekistan Dmitry Bocharov," the committee noted.
