Uzbekistan Dominates Canada 3-0 in U-17 World Championship
Uzbekistan secured a significant win against Canada in the second round of the Under-17 World Championship in Indonesia. Coached by Jalodiddin Rahmatullayev, the youth team triumphed with a 3-0 score at "Manahan" Stadium.
The first goal, credited as an own goal, occurred in the 22nd minute by Richard Chukwu. Amirbek Saidov added another goal in the 27th minute, making it 2-0. In the second half, Uzbekistan scored again in the 81st minute when Amir Saidov capitalized on a mistake by the Canadian defender and goalkeeper, securing an empty goal and bringing the final score to 3-0.
This victory placed Uzbekistan in the 3rd position in the group with 3 points. Spain leads with 6 points, while Mali is in 2nd place with 3 points, determined by the score ratio in their match against Uzbekistan.
