70 Million Passengers Ride Tashkent Metro in First Five Months
In January-May, 68.5 million passengers were transported in the Tashkent metro. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.
The growth rate of passenger traffic was 133.5% compared to the same period last year (51.3 million passengers).
The largest passenger flow in the amount of 15.8 million passengers was recorded in May.
Monthly figures: January - 10.4 million, February - 13.7 million, March - 14.6 million, April - 14.0 million passengers.
