Over 2 Billion Soums Awarded in Science Olympiad Medals
A total of 2,686 million soums were awarded for winning the International Science Olympiad in the current academic year. Thirteen medals were earned: 2 gold, 1 silver, and 10 bronze. As per the decision, gold medalists will receive 500 times the basic calculation amount, which is 165 million soums for students and 148.5 million soums for teachers.
Silver medalists will receive 300 times the basic calculation amount, with 99 million soums going to students and 82.5 million soums to teachers. Bronze medalists will receive 200 times the basic calculation amount, which is 66 million soums for students and 49.5 million soums for teachers.
