Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan expand cooperation in textile sector

The forum aims at expanding cooperation between the business circles of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in the textile sector, creating new opportunities for establishing trade and cooperation ties.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Nematov in his welcoming address has underlined the high level of Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations and the growth dynamics of economic cooperation between the two countries. He expressed confidence that the online business forum would give an additional impetus to the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agency for the development of small and medium-sized businesses of Azerbaijan, Tamerlan Vagapov, noting the importance of further development of bilateral cooperation, stressed that the business forum plays an important role in deepening interaction between manufacturers and buyers of the textile industry and contributes to increasing the volume of bilateral trade.
