Fergana Airport Upgrades Landing System
On December 11, specialists from "Uzaeronavigatsiya" DUK finished upgrading the ILS/DME landing system at Fergana International Airport. Following the upgrade, a test flight was conducted to ensure the system meets the standards set by Uzbekistan and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The new ILS/DME landing system enhances aircraft landings in challenging weather conditions, improves flight safety around the airfield, and enhances passenger service quality at Fergana Airport.
