Tashkent to build 41-storey $170 mln business center
The building area will cover 1.06 ha area. A four-story shopping complex with catering and entertainment facilities will be built next to it.
Two business centers will soon be erected in the central Yakkasaray district of Tashkent. One of them will be 41-storey. The $170 mln building will house residential complexes and hotels. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the construction projects on June 4.
The building area will cover 1.06 ha area. A four-story shopping complex with catering and entertainment facilities will be built next to it.
The project cost is estimated at over $90 mln. The project is to be implemented by Piramit Global with partners from Turkey and the UK.
