Uzbekneftegaz announced that the prices of oil products will change due to the change in excise tax rates. Starting from April 1, 2024, the tax rates for petroleum products and other goods will change, according to a report by Uzbekneftegaz.
Here are the main changes:
The taxes on the production of petroleum products will be as follows: The tax on AI-80 gasoline will increase from 303,000 to 340,000 soums per ton. The tax on jet kerosene will increase from 242,000 to 271,000 soums per ton. The taxes on the sale of petroleum products and liquefied gas to the final consumer will be as follows:
- The tax on AI-80 gasoline will increase from 565,000 to 633,000 soums per ton.
- The tax on diesel fuel (except synthetic) will increase from 516,000 to 578,000 soums per ton.
- The tax on liquefied gas products will increase from 807,500 to 904,000 soums per ton.
As a result, the prices for the sale of these products by Uzbekneftegaz JSC through stock trading will be adjusted to reflect the changes in taxes starting from April 1, 2024.
