President Xi Jinping congratulates Uzbekistan
President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the people of Uzbekistan.
He mentioned that this year has been an important year since Uzbekistan gained independence. The referendum on the new Constitution and early presidential elections were successfully held in the country, and a solid foundation was created for the rise and sustainable development of Uzbekistan.
“In May of this year, you took part in the "Central Asia-China" summit and made a state visit to China. We have reached a number of important agreements on the establishment of a China-Uzbekistan community. I look forward to your coming to China again in October this year to participate in the third international cooperation forum "One Place, One Road"” said the President of the People’s Republic of China.
