Uzbek and Russian delegations held talks in expanded format
After the meeting in a narrow format, the Presidents of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation continued negotiations in an expanded format with the participation of members of official delegations. The sides appreciated the results of focused joint activity in trade, economic and investment areas and emphasized their qualitative change.
A permanent joint group has been established to expand industrial cooperation, primarily in machine-building, metallurgy, energy, textile, food industry and other sectors.
A number of other agreements aimed at strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties were reached during the talks.
