Uzbek delegation visits Iran
A delegation headed by Bakhtiyor Saidov visited the Islamic Republic of Iran. The agenda of the meeting was a development of Uzbek-Iranian cooperation in the fields of politics and diplomacy, trade and investment, and transport and logistics. 
The parties discussed the preparations for the joint events planned for the current year. The sides exchanged views on the effective use of transport and communication capabilities of Uzbekistan and Iran to activate economic diplomacy.
