Changes to Car License Plate Fees in Uzbekistan

Starting from November 1, 2023, there will be changes in the payment amounts for car license plate signs. These changes affect the fees for various services related to license plates.

Specifically, the following fee adjustments will take effect:

The fee for vehicle registration number plates will be 3.5 times the base calculation amount.

For motor vehicles, scooters, and trailers requiring replacement, the fee will be 1.75 times the base calculation amount.

Transit issuance will incur a fee equal to 25 percent of the base calculation amount.

The fee to issue a new instead of the damaged ones will be 3.5 times the basic calculation amount.

Additionally:

• Replacing a lost unit with a new pair will have a fee of 3.5 times the basic calculation amount.
• Replacing a lost (for motor vehicles, scooters, and trailers) will incur a fee of 1.75 times the base calculation amount.
• A fee equal to 1 time the base calculation amount will be charged for keeping RODRB for an additional year beyond twelve months.

Notably, no fees will apply for providing car license plate to disabled individuals under preferential terms through labor authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
