Russian police arrest two Uzbek citizens for their adherence to extremist organizations
The border department of the Federal Security Service for the Rostov region of Russia has arrested two Uzbek citizens who demonstrated support for banned extremist organizations.
"At the Rostov-on-Don (Platov) international air checkpoint, the border patrol identified and detained two citizens who arrived from Uzbekistan, whose outerwear had inscriptions publicly demonstrating extremist organizations banned in Russia," the report says.
It is noted that their T-shirts were marked with the symbol "AUE" (the international extremist movement "Prisoner criminal unity", banned in the territory of the Russian Federation).
The Uzbek citizens have been handed over to police officers, where it is being established whether the detainees are supporters of an extremist organization.
