World2Fly to launch flights on the Madrid-Tashkent route
World2Fly will launch flights on the Madrid-Tashkent route from May 23. Charter flights from Spain to Uzbekistan will be operated in May-June and September-October. This flight route will connect Madrid with Tashkent and Urgench.
Flights on both routes will be operated every two weeks using Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The first phase of flights will last until the end of June, and then they will resume in September-October. In January, tour operator World2Meet announced the launch of charter flights from Spain to Uzbekistan. The initial phase of flights on World2Fly's boards was planned to start on May 8 and end on June 12.
Carlos Florido, director of Kannak travel company, reported the creation of a linear route in Uzbekistan for tourists. The distance between Urgench and Tashkent is proposed to be covered by buses in a week, with stops in Khiva, Bukhara, and Samarkand.
