Transport Minister Meets Saudi Delegation to discusses Investment Projects
Minister of Transport Ilhom Makhkamov met with a delegation headed by Muhammad Abdullah Abunaiyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACWA Power Company of Saudi Arabia and Co-Chairman of the Business Council of Uzbekistan - Saudi Arabia.
The guests were briefed on the ongoing reforms in our country's transport sector. They discussed major investment projects, including the construction of toll roads between Tashkent and Samarkand, Tashkent and Andijan, as well as the 38-kilometer highway bypassing the cities of Syrdarya and Bakht. Additionally, aviation projects were also on the agenda.
