Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan to hold joint training in Termez
A joint Kazakh-Uzbek training will be held in the south of Uzbekistan, at the Termez training range, from November 17 to 24 this year. Over 100 servicemen from Kazakhstan will take part in the maneuvers, a flight of Su-30SM multifunctional fighters, military transport aircraft S-295, and tactical drones will be involved.
The combat training tasks of Kazakhstan's units will include a search and reconnaissance operation, practicing the actions of combat support units in destroying the enemy's advance detachments, repelling the offensive, and subsequent elimination of illegal armed formations, and evacuating wounded and disabled vehicles from the battlefield.
The purpose of the joint maneuvers is to increase the compatibility and level of interaction between armed forces of the two brotherly states in the course of solving joint tasks.
