The second problem is corruption. “Corruption is everywhere. How to contain it? You have to understand one thing. We need to root out corruption. These are our first steps. For the first time in the history of Uzbekistan, we have created an Anti-Corruption Agency. For the first time, we have announced the spheres of medicine, construction and other spheres without corruption”, said Mirziyoyev.
The third problem is the insufficient level of potential, knowledge and patriotism of the heads of state bodies. “The leaders must be loyal, their attitude towards the people must correspond to the present time. Unfortunately, there are few such worthy people” the president added.
