Uzbekistan- the country with very low English proficiency
Uzbekistan ranked 88th place on the EF English Proficiency Index, falling into the group of countries with a very low level of English proficiency. Uzbekistan's results were the best among Central Asian states, with Kazakhstan ranking 96th, Kyrgyzstan 101st, and Tajikistan 103rd.
In terms of cities, Tashkent, Bishkek, and Dushanbe also fell into the group with a very low level of English, while Nur-Sultan was in the group with an average level.
The Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Singapore, Norway, and Belgium topped the index. Citizens of Libya, Rwanda, Congo, South Sudan, and Yemen are the worst English speakers.
